Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between god4d ("Platform", "we") and individuals who register or use the services provided through the god4d.app website ("User", "you"). These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which together form a comprehensive agreement.

god4d operates under international licensing and offers sports betting, online slots, live casino and other games to eligible users. The platform is designed to provide a safe, responsible and transparent betting environment.

Account Eligibility & Registration

To register an account with god4d, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times while using the platform:

• Aged 21 years or above without exception
• A citizen or lawful resident with verifiable identity
• Not on a self-exclusion list or any self-imposed betting limit programme
• Acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or proxy for another party
• Not using automated software, bots or any unauthorised method to access the platform
• Have not previously had an account terminated by god4d for breach of terms

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full name as per your identification document (MyKad or passport), date of birth, active mobile number and a valid email address. god4d reserves the right to request supporting documents at any time for identity verification purposes.

Each user is only permitted to hold one account. Having multiple accounts under your own name or using another person's account is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and balance freeze.

Account Usage & Security

You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your god4d account. This includes the responsibility to keep your password and login details confidential.

• Do not share your account password with anyone, including family members
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on other platforms
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices
• Notify god4d customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access
• Ensure the device used to log in is free from malicious software

god4d will not be liable for any losses arising from the disclosure of passwords or account information by the user. Accounts are for the personal use of the account holder only and may not be transferred or sold to another party.

Deposits & Withdrawals

god4d supports several secure and convenient payment methods for Malaysian users:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• DuitNow
• Online Banking via FPX (major Malaysian banks)
• Cryptocurrency: USDT, BTC and ETH

The minimum deposit per transaction is RM10. The minimum withdrawal is RM50 per request. Withdrawals are typically processed within 10 to 45 minutes, subject to completed account verification.

Withdrawals will be credited to the same payment method used during deposit, except in cases specifically approved by the god4d finance team. No processing fees are charged on standard deposit or withdrawal transactions.

god4d reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals if suspicious activity is detected, including unusual betting patterns, use of multiple payment methods without justification, or any indication of money laundering.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

god4d offers various promotions to users from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms stated alongside the relevant offer. The general terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• A 100% welcome bonus of up to RM500 is available to new users on their first deposit
• The welcome bonus wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount received
• Example: Deposit RM100, receive RM100 bonus, balance becomes RM200, wagering requirement is RM100 × 25 = RM2,500 before a withdrawal can be made
• Another example: Deposit RM1,200, maximum bonus RM500, balance becomes RM1,700, wagering requirement is RM500 × 25 = RM12,500
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be fulfilled through qualifying wagers
• Each user is only eligible to claim each type of promotion once, unless stated otherwise
• god4d reserves the right to cancel bonuses if there is any indication of promotion abuse

Betting & Game Rules

All bets placed at god4d are final once confirmed by the system. Users are responsible for ensuring bets are correct before confirming. god4d will not void confirmed bets except in cases of proven technical issues.

• Odds values and game conditions may change at any time without prior notice
• god4d reserves the right to void bets placed based on inaccurate pricing due to technical errors
• Any attempt to manipulate the system or exploit software bugs is a serious breach of these terms
• Bets placed on cancelled events or markets will be refunded to the user's account
• Third-party results used as the basis for bet settlement are final

For sports, god4d uses recognised data sources to determine match results. For casino games, all rounds are governed by an independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fair play.

Account Closure & Suspension

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting god4d customer support. All eligible balances will be processed according to the standard withdrawal procedure within 10 to 45 minutes.

god4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account unilaterally without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of any term in this document
• Providing false or fraudulent information during registration
• Involvement or participation in money laundering activities
• Use of automated software, bots or other fraudulent methods
• Abuse of the bonus or promotion system
• Activities that threaten the security of the platform or other users

Data Protection & Usage

The collection and processing of users' personal data is carried out in accordance with the god4d Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data for the purposes stated in that Privacy Policy.

User data is used for the following purposes:

• Identity verification and fraud prevention
• Secure processing of financial transactions
• Compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements
• Service improvement and user experience enhancement

Limitation of Liability

god4d provides the betting platform on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranty regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information or betting outcomes. Users acknowledge that:

• Betting involves financial risk and winnings are not guaranteed
• god4d is not responsible for service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control
• A user's decision to place bets is entirely their own choice and personal responsibility
• god4d is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the platform
• god4d's maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the total account balance of the user at the time of the incident

In the event of a technical disruption that affects the integrity of a game or bet, god4d reserves the right to void the relevant transaction and refund the affected users.

Amendment of Terms & Applicable Law

god4d reserves the right to amend, add to or remove any part of these terms at any time. Changes will take effect once published on the website, and users will be notified via email or in-account notification.

Continued use of the god4d platform after the effective date of any amendment means the user has accepted and agreed to the updated terms. Users who do not agree with any amendment should stop using the platform and may request account closure.

These terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with international legal principles applicable to the god4d licensing entity. Any disputes arising will be resolved through binding arbitration under the jurisdiction of the licensing authority.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be reinterpreted in a manner that most closely reflects the original intent, while the remainder of these terms continues in full force and effect.
